Il marina Genova aeroporto si trova in località Sestri Ponente, attiguo alla diga aeroportuale ed è un marina privato racchiuso da due banchine a T in cemento (ormeggiabili in entrambi i lati) rispettivamente lunghe 200 m e 300 m e da un molo a pettine lungo circa 350 m la cui parte terminale è orientata per WNW. All’interno sono posizionati circa 15 pontili di varie lunghezze dove è possibile ormeggiare le unità da diporto.
