Description
Porto Nuovo (cala Rossano) is located immediately to N of Porto Vecchio, in the cove of Cala Rossano, which has rocky shores surrounded by rocks. It is protected from the jetty, quayed internally, and it is orientated approximately to N, formed by a first straight portion, long about 170 m, and a second curved portion, long 200 m and oriented to NNW. A tooth, surrounded by cliffs, extends from the end of the straight portion. From the root of the outer jetty, the quay of the shore is quayed for about 70 m. The mouth, wide about 100 m, is directed toward NE.

- The port opens between the head of the outer jetty and the inner cliff.
- On the head of the jetty a red light is positioned, the green light was instead uprooted from the inner cliff.
- Access to the harbour with route SE, round the rocky inner cliff to a proper distance then pull over to S passing between the tooth to the root of the curved portion of the jetty and the shore.
- Direct to mooring at the dock or to the floating piers in accordance with the instructions of the local staff.
