Description: The port of Civitavecchia is protected to the west and to the south by the long Colombo rampart, from Trajan rampart and Umberto I rampart. You can access it through a channel about 170 m wide that follows the rampart trend; It consists of large basins. The basin reserved to pleasure boats is situated in the final part of the port.
