Terracina canal port is located within Pio VI Canal, whose shores are both equipped with quays. It is protected to S by Gregorian dock, 400 m long, and equipped with 180 m long quays, and to N by an elbow jetty, equipped with quay too.
The last one one marks with the shore and with another internal dock the Levante basin, which is immediately to starboard after the entrance. Inside Levante Basin, there are some floating docks parallel to protective piers docks. Another basin, Vecchia Darsena, is located further inside with two small hauling-up cradle: you can access from the left bank of the canal port.
It is located to W from the cliff La Carena. It consists of a small dock quay, well sheltered from all winds and protected by a jetty with three arms.
Riva di Traiano Marina is located immediately to the NNW of Marangone Tower: it is a modern marina that is protected by a slightly curved breakwater, which runs parallel to the coastline for about 1000 m, and a breakwater, perpendicular to the coast, about 250 m long.
The entrance faces NNW. The port watery mirror includes, in the inner part, a large basin evolution. The port is fully quay and has twelve jetties, concrete, parallel to each other and perpendicular to the wharf.
Rio Martino is a marina at the mouth of Fogliano and Monaci lakes. The entrance is protected by two piers signaled by navigation lights. Mouth waters are subject to continuous variations.. Inside the port there are 150 m long quay reserved to fishing boats, and an approximately 280 m long quay with floating docks in concession to Geport, reserved to pleasure boats.
The Marina of Rome, in the area of Ostia, consists of two curvilinear quays; the entrance opens between other two curvilinear quays, which constitute the outer harbor. Inside you can find 12 fixed jetties.
The port of Santa Marinella has two moles which allow a passage of about 120 m facing NE. Inside, there are two floating docks. The port, named Odescalchi port of Santa Marinella, is mainly frequented by pleasure boats. Inside, you can find a dock specially reserved to professional fishing boats where only local fishermen can moor, with the approval of the company that manages the port and of the Port authority.
The canal harbour of Porto Badino is located within Portatore River and hosts pleasure boats. The mouth is about 30 m wide and is protected by two cliff back anchors, both regularly signaled in their header. Inside, both banks have 300 m long quays, that are equipped with mooring bollards. At about 330 m from the entrance, a bit further upstream of Badino Tower, the channel is crossed by an iron bridge that allows the passage of up to 4 m tall units. Upstream the bridge, in parallel to banks, you can find floating docks reserved to mooring of pleasure boats .
The Neptune marina is enclosed by a three arms outer breakwater, and by a breakwater signaled with lanterns. You can enter it through a dredged access channel. It consist of an outer harbor and of two smaller basins by which you can reach the Old Basin and/or the New Basin, with quays. Inside, there are 14 floating docks.
To the N of the promontory where Gaeta is, there are five marinas, a tourist-fishing dock – and an oils pontoon.
Caposele marina is protected by two small piers. it is frequented by small tonnage pleasure boats and provides good shelter from the Garigliano, a NE wind. On the docks heads are placed two lights on post.
